Your comfort, safety, and satisfaction are our top priorities.
Please be aware of our clinic policies to ensure the safety and satisfaction of both our clients and our employees.
To ensure equitable treatment for all our clients and maintain efficient service delivery, Ansa’s Oasis kindly requests a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any changes, rescheduling, or cancellations to your appointment.
If changes or rescheduling occur with less than 24 hours’ advance notice, or if you fail to attend your scheduled appointment (a no-show), a 50% charge for the session will be applied.
For repeat offenders, defined as individuals consistently cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours or failing to show up for appointments, after the third occurrence, appointments can only be made on a day-of basis. If no appointments are available on the day, you will be placed on the waitlist and contacted if a slot becomes available.
You may cancel your appointment without any charges if the cancellation occurs at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
When booking online, a 50% deposit will be charged, which will be credited towards your appointment.
In the case of a no-show (failure to attend the appointment without prior notice), the deposit will be retained.
For cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice, the deposit will be retained unless the appointment slot is filled by another client.
If rescheduling occurs more than 24 hours before the appointment, the deposit will either be transferred to the next appointment or refunded.
We understand that genuine emergencies may arise, and the application of this policy will be at the discretion of the clinic.
Clients are responsible for updating the clinic about current medical conditions or any health changes before each session.
Ensure personal cleanliness and refrain from wearing cologne or perfume during your massage therapy appointment.
If any pain or discomfort arises during the session, promptly communicate with the therapist for necessary adjustments to the treatment.
Both clients and staff are urged to reschedule appointments at the onset of feeling unwell.
To accommodate those with allergies, please avoid wearing perfume or fragranced products to your appointment.
Payment in full is required at the time of service, and we accept cash and credit/debit cards.
Arriving early for your appointment is encouraged. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to accommodate subsequent appointments, with full payment still expected.
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards any sexual advances or inappropriate touching. Such behaviour will not be tolerated and will lead to immediate termination of the session, and the client will be liable for full payment of the scheduled appointment.
Absolutely no jokes about “happy endings,” even in a light-hearted manner. This behaviour is disrespectful to your massage therapist and undermines the professionalism of our profession.
Furthermore, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy, and any sexual advances, innuendo, or inappropriate touching will result in the immediate termination of your session, and the client will be liable for full payment of the scheduled appointment.
